Hey folks.. I enjoyed the Guild Wars Haiku ( http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ighlight=haiku ), so I figured why not try out some limericks. Five lines, aabba format, yada yada ( look HERE http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=limericks )

example:

I oft enjoy questing with hench, {a}
As I find that they'll do in a pinch, {a}
I take Aidan and Cynn, {b}
and Devona to win, {b}
But leave Mhenlo warming the bench! {a}

Once, I joined a PUG squad,
that turned-out to be more than just "odd",
the Warrior hung back,
let the necro attack,
while the monk cast Firestorm (the clod) (true story haha

)

Perhaps people don't want to waste time,
sitting around, concocting a rhyme,
They'd much rather farm,
or cause the Charr some harm,
or make a 40% enchant axe (a crime!)

To the crystal desert we lead
As the sweat dripped from my forehead
One more mission one more victory
then I could head stiffly for the privy

Oh how I wish I were ascended
I would not be daunted!
Elona's Reach has been fun
But I'm destined for the sun

As I loosen my neckwear I glance at the clock
there comes a gentle tap, a knock
Reminding me, again for the fifth chime
My game was on, and it was only half-time....
